BURSA ROMANA DE MARFURI (B.R.M.) Terminal Suceava, cu sediul in Str. Universitatii , nr. 15-17, Suceava, cod postal 720229, organizeaza procedura de licitatie deschisa urmata de sedinta de imbunatatire a preturilor (reluare procedura din data de 02.12.2009), prin care Societatea Nationala de Transport Feroviar de Marfa “CFR MARFA” S.A. – Sucursala Iasi, Cod unic de inregistrare: 11758850, Adresa: B-dul Socola, Nr. 82, Iasi, Telefon / fax: 07230252103, 0232 206570 , in temeiul prevederilor Legii nr.357/2005 privind bursele de marfuri si Regulamentului BRM privind atribuirea contractelor de achizitie de produse, servicii sau lucrari, doreste sa achizitioneze servicii de „Servicii de revizie tehnica programata, VTP, servicii de reparatii accidentale si intretinere centrale termice, utilaje si instalatii aferente si Servicii de verificare tehnica periodica si autorizare de functionare ISCIR a centralelor termice aflate in exploatarea Sucursalei CFR Marfa Iasi” impartite in 2 Loturi astfel:
Lot 1 : Servicii de verificare Tehnica Periodica CT (21 locatii) si Autorizarea ISCIR a acestora – Avizarea functionarii
Lot 2: Servicii de revizie tehnica anuala la inceput de sezon rece pt. CT si instalatii termice, sanitare si gaz (revizii 1/2 ani si 1/10 ani) inclusiv intretinerea si asigurare interventii pentru reparatii in perioada derularii contractului (12 luni)
Se va depune oferta pentru ambele Loturi. Nu se accepta oferte partiale. Nu se accepta oferte alternative.
Documentatia procedurii si raspunsurile la solicitarile de clarificari se pot descarca gratuit de pe site-urile www.ccisv.ro, www.brm.ro .
Data limita recomandata de transmitere a solicitarilor de clarificari 07.12.2009. Ultima data de raspuns la solicitarile de clarificari 08.12.2009.
Oferta si documentele care insotesc oferta se vor depune la sediul „ Societatii Nationala de Transport Feroviar de Marfa “CFR MARFA” S.A. – Sucursala Iasi, , Adresa: B-dul Socola, Nr. 82, Iasi, Telefon / fax: 07230252103, 0232 206570, pana la data de 10.12.2009, ora 11:30. Tariful de acces la procedura este de 100 lei, la care se adauga TVA, si poate fi achitat la casieria B.R.M.Terminal Suceava sau cu OP in Cont RO 59 INGB 0019 0000 3497 8911 deschis la ING BANK Suceava.
Garantia de participare la procedura, in valoare totala de 2.000 lei se va constitui in favoarea B.R.M. Terminal Suceava pana la data limita de depunere a ofertelor. Aceasta se poate constitui cu Fila CEC, vizata de banca, plata la casieria BRM Terminal Suceava sau cu OP in cont: RO80 INGB 0019 0000 3497 8921 deschis la ING BANK Suceava
Procedura se va desfasura la sediul Societatii Nationala de Transport Feroviar de Marfa “CFR MARFA” S.A. – Sucursala Iasi, , Adresa: B-dul Socola, Nr. 82, Iasi, Telefon / fax: 07230252103, 0232 206570. in data de 10.12.2009 , ora 12:00 si pot participa persoane fizice/juridice romane/straine, care au calitatea de prestatori ai serviciilor solicitate, conform conditiilor Documentatiei procedurii.
Criteriul de atribuire este „pretul cel mai scazut”.
